So many of you have asked if you can order the Óðinnsvegr: The Path Of Odin map online since you're nowhere near a retailer in Tucson. Well, now you can globally via Nexus Books' eBay Store!

Note that the listing's photos (like the one here) have been watermarked & partly altered to protect the intellectual property of the image, but know you're purchasing a whole map that's nicely printed and visually intact. The map's on thicker #65 stock, reproduced from its hand-drawn original and scripted in period-correct Carolingian Insular, which is the same script used in both primary Norse Mythology sources, the Eddas!

For those of you reading about this map for the first time, this special 11" x 17" parchment patterned map tracks Odin's appearances across Midgard using Norse Lore sources, archaeology, and his place names, presuming a general ESE to WNW movement to mirror cultural migration with exceptions for narrative sequences & later dating. This also locates Sleipnir-specific stickpins along with a few additional being-relevant places & events where Odin is definitely present. Includes access to the digital map with actual site GPS coordinates & story/data rollovers for each stickpin!

The Path Of Odin map's an aggregate of 150+ hours cartography & writing alone, on top of time reading the sources (The Prose Edda, The Poetic Edda, The Saga Of The Volsungs, Saxo's History Of The Danes, Snorri's Heimskringla: Lives Of The Norse Kings, The Complete Sagas Of Icelanders, and so many more), commentaries, folklore, articles on finds & artifacts, and other related media to collect the mappoints it uses, and to collate the temporal/regional sequence of Odin's appearances on Midgard.
